Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact. Opened or used fragrances cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Approved returns must be shipped to the sender’s address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
European Union customers
In accordance with EU consumer law, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging. This right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are unsealed after delivery, including fragrances, for health and hygiene reasons.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
